ticketing system

Transparency is important for us. Therefore we document all steps and worktime in our ticket tool, where all customers have access to. So you can check your current ticket situation as well as place new requests.

* During normal service hours and within an existing service contract. Outside hours are charged with 100 Euro/ hour net with an existing service contract. (to the prices are added 19% tax)
normal service hours: Monday to Friday between 8AM and 6PM; excluded national bank holidays.

Service Contracts

With our service contracts we take care of your servers and you can concentrate on your business. All include proactive monitoring with our tools so that we can react as soon as something unexpected is happening during the aligned service hours. In addition we also take care of all updates for the operating system. (version upgraded are excluded from this and needed to be ordered separately.) All service contracts do not have any minimum contract period.

About us

Instead of playing computer games next to school I used my time to administrate computer systems and create websites. In early times that was quiet a difference to today systems, as there happened a lot of development in this area where you can always explore new interesting challenges. I stayed in the administration area and gaines a lot of experiences in server administration as well as other managed service topics. Especially the customer projects in the last years focused me on active directory including client administration, as well as virtualisation and windows and linux server administration. Due to the different customer projects, I also worked on having a team available for supporting me on my tasks.
